Shipping Information
We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Express Mail, Global Express Mail EMS, and Global Priority Mail.
From the shopping cart, you can select your preferred shipping method.
Shipping Schedule
- Our games are shipped from our Portland, Oregon warehouse via USPS or UPS the following business day after your order is placed.
- Orders shipping to the East Coast generally take approximately five to seven business days for delivery. West Coast orders take one to three days.
- Wholesale orders are shipped via UPS ground FOB Portland, OR.

Cancellation Policy
- Once we receive your order, it is considered a "good and valid" order. We process immediately.
- If we have not packaged your order, there is no cancellation fee.
- If your order has been processed, packaged and ready to be shipped but has not left our office, there may be up to a 5% cancellation fee for our labor and materials.
- If your order has left our office, please refer to our Return Policy.
Return Policy
Within 10 Days
Returned items in perfect condition AND unopened (within 10 days of order) will be credited the amount paid less the shipping and handling charges and 15% Restocking Fee.
Within 30 Days
Returned items in perfect condition AND unopened (within 30 days of order) will be issued a store credit for products to any of our BadaBadaBingo stores - good for up to one full year. This includes games, gifts and non-personalized favors! (Store credit issued will be amount paid less shipping and handling charges and 15-50% Restocking Fee.)
After 30 Days
Items returned past 30 days or in less than perfect condition can not be accepted for any type of return.
